What You'll Be Doing

Operational Leadership

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Monitor daily activities, including food preparation, service standards, and customer interactions.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Team Management

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Encourage teamwork, professional development, and a customer-focused mindset among team members.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs effectively.

Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Management

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Control costs and optimize profitability through effective inventory management and purchasing decisions.
• Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Business Development

• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local community stakeholders.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For :

• High school diploma, GED certificate or demonstration of sufficient reading and math skills to read manuals and prepare computer reports as required.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe certification or ability to attain within the first 60 days of employment required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
