Our growing team has tons of leads. We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program with 1-on-1 coaching from our team leader Gabe Cole, as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support.
We offer some of the best team splits offered in the industry while utilizing the credibility and track record of the team to help you close business.

Compensation :
$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Self-motivation and drive
- Tech-savvy
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Great communication and social skills
- Organizes and manages time effectively
