Facilities Maintenance Technician
Hourly compensation between $17- $19, depending on experience

We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee and / or perform functions related to physical appearance and cleanliness of the facilities and grounds.
Assists with the inventory, supplies, safety and preventative maintenance of Intercept property to ensure the safety and comfort of the residents.
This position will be comprised of 50% janitorial, 40% landscape, and 10% general maintenance duties.
Education and Experience Required : Any relevant experience will be considered.
This position would also include a total of 11 uniforms (provided by Cintas), and an annual boot allowance of $150.00.
