Job Title : Certified Phlebotomist
Location : San Francisco, CA 94118
Duration : 3 Months+
Pay range : $25 - $29 / Hour on W2
Shift Time : Shifts will primarily be 8am to 5pm
Note : San Francisco, CA 94118, San Francisco, CA 94123 Must be okay with both locations as they will need to float
There may be opportunity to work some weekend shifts at Union Street if the flexibility is there.
Primary concern is weekday coverage.
Experience / additional details :
Any unique skills needed : Must be trained / comfortable with paediatric patients as young as 6 months, although typical age ranges will be 3 years to adult.
Roles and responsibilities :
Venipuncture services on a population ranging from paediatrics to geriatrics.
Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs / ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs Any certifications.
Qualifications needed :
An active phlebotomy certification to practice in CA / WA.
Least 6 months of experience practicing phlebotomy post externship License / Certs : CPT 1 Certification
