Program Manager (PM) Army Directorate Of Prevention, Resilience, And Readiness (DPRR) Onsite In Arlington Va
The Program Manager (PM) serves as the senior on-site authority responsible for the overall management, coordination, and successful execution of all contract requirements under the DPRR Prevention Reporting and Optimization Task Order. The PM ensures alignment of contractor performance with Army G-1 objectives to sustain readiness, optimize human performance, enhance protective factors, and reduce high-risk behaviors through integrated prevention programs and data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of contract performance, personnel management, deliverable quality, and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR-RA / COR-HRS).
Direct the planning, execution, and reporting of prevention system support activities across governance, policy integration, performance improvement, and evaluation functions.
Coordinate project kickoff meetings, monthly progress reviews, and submission of Task Order Status Reports (TOSR).
Oversee Quality Control Plan (QCP) implementation and ensure performance meets or exceeds metrics in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).
Supervise staff training compliance (AT Level I, OPSEC, SHARP, CUI, IA / IT, HIPAA, etc.).
Manage travel authorizations, other direct cost documentation, and compliance with all CDRL deliverables.
Support Continuity of Operations (COOP) and telework planning to sustain mission-critical functions.
Maintain professional communication and cooperation with government stakeholders and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field from an accredited institution (Master's preferred).
Experience : Minimum five (5) years of experience managing and leading Federal or DoD programs of similar size and scope, including training facilitation, resiliency, and sustainment operations.
Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired.
Knowledge Areas : Army prevention systems, data analytics, readiness and performance improvement initiatives, and familiarity with Quality Assurance / Quality Control programs.
