A., RN, and LPN to join our team. This is a full-time position to provide essential direct patient care and monitor activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and promoting long-term care in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF).
The role will be based in Honolulu, HI with competitive compensation and an array of benefits.Compensation & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary and an array of benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
The salary is equivalent to $18 to $42 per hour, and is paid weekly.Scheduling Options : Flexible schedulingChoose your own shiftsFull-time / Part-timeOn-call positionsWorkplace Selection : Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace / Clients that suit your preferencesResponsibilities* Provide direct patient care in accordance with plan of care.
- Provide a safe and clean environment to promote long-term care.* Change bed linens and pads.* Assist with exercise, diet, and activities of daily living.
- Take and record vitals, weights, diet assignments, output and intake, and other data as required.* Report any changes in the resident's condition to the appropriate professional, supervisor, or nurse.
- Follow required safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment.* Transport residents to appointments and activities using wheelchair or stretcher.
- Participate in staff in-service training and other related in-service meetings.Requirements* High school diploma or equivalent is required* Must possess valid certification (MA, RN, or LPN)* Must maintain a valid Hawaii license to practice as an Assisted Living Facilities Nurse Aide* Knowledge and experience in long-term care and assisted living* Ability to report observations, recognize changes, and apply principles of care* Ability to manage residents with difficult behaviors* Must have strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills* Excellent organizational and time management skillsCall for more details : 808-207-8558To schedule an interview, click here : www.
