Responsibilities

Verify and review policy details for our clients.
Effectively communicate with team members.
Work closely with the Office Compliance Manager.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

No Previous Experience or Insurance License is required.
Strong detail-oriented approach, ensuring precision and accuracy in tasks.
Able to assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
Possessing the ability to work autonomously , arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge . Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.
Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
