Responsibilities
- Verify and review policy details for our clients.
- Effectively communicate with team members.
- Work closely with the Office Compliance Manager.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- No Previous Experience or Insurance License is required.
- Strong detail-oriented approach, ensuring precision and accuracy in tasks.
- Able to assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Possessing the ability to work autonomously , arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
- Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge . Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
