Responsibilities :
- Managemunicipal clients / projects
- Developdesign concepts
- Preparereports, estimates, contract documents, specifications
- Administerthe public bidding process
- Assistwith business development (attend industry functions, client meetings andpresentations)
- Communicatewith clients and external contractors
Requirements :
- Bachelor’sdegree in civil engineering
- 5+years municipal engineering experience
- PELicense
- Knowledgeof MnDOT requirements, State-Aid procedures and funding programs (USDA RuralDevelopment and Public Facility Administration)
- Workingknowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation preferred
