We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in long- term care to join our team in Northport, AL.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a nursing home setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries and maintaining overall health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Monitor patients' progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications :
- Active LPN license in the state of Alabama or a compact license.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
