The Coordinator, Entertainment is responsible for negotiating and managing contracts for various venues, maintaining local market competition calendars, booking local talent, handling performance fees, liaising with artists for nightclub events, and overseeing artist logistics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Negotiate, execute, and administer contracts for various venues
  • Maintain local market competition calendars and A&R in markets of operation to suggest new talent to be booked across cities
  • Book local talent in support and side rooms as directed across markets
  • Ensure all performance fees (deposits and final payments) are paid through the accounts department and tracked in talent calendars
  • Liaise with artists for events at local Las Vegas Nightclubs as needed (approximately 2 3 shows per weekend)
  • Oversee artist logistics from when they land until when they leave including hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, and performances
  • Accommodate last-minute requests from artist teams using the best discretion to provide the best hospitality while being mindful of budget restrictions
  • Assist and / or complete additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION / WORKING KNOWLEDGE :

  • High School Diploma Required or equivalent
  • Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of direct work experience required
  • Sound knowledge of music industry, celebrities required
  • Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems
  • 21+ years of age

  • 5-25% Local Travel (United States)
  • May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and / or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
  • Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
