Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with an active TS / SCI clearance to lead strategic initiatives and drive successful project delivery.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in managing large-scale, high-impact programs and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Your expertise in project management, organizational design, and change management will be critical in executing strategic goals and transformation initiatives within a complex and dynamic environment.

The Sr. PM will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to closeout, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, organizational policies, and best practices.

This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to navigate challenges and implement solutions that support the organization's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects and contracts, from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, federal regulations, and project milestones.
  • Drive project management efforts, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of project goals. Align initiatives with organizational strategy to support long-term planning and transformation objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating open communication to ensure smooth project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track contract and project performance, monitor key deliverables, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership, including performance metrics, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  • Oversee the development, review, and refinement of contracts, ensuring adherence to federal regulations, ethical standards, and organizational compliance requirements.
  • Lead change management initiatives, guiding organizations through transitions and ensuring successful implementation of new programs, systems, and processes.
  • Design and implement risk management strategies, quality assurance measures, and performance evaluation systems. Develop mitigation plans to address potential project risks.
  • Ensure accurate, comprehensive project documentation, including scope definitions, architectural details, and deliverable tracking.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide actionable recommendations for restructuring and improving efficiency to meet strategic goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to support change management and realignment initiatives.
  • Analyze and optimize workforce dynamics, business processes, and resource utilization, providing recommendations for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.

Clearance Requirements :

Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is required; TS / SCI clearance is preferred.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred. Will also consider :

oPosition-related training and certificates in place of a degree.

oAdditional four (4) years of experience in place of a degree.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within federal or defense-related sectors.

Proven success in managing large-scale, complex programs.

  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of federal regulations, contract management practices, and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience leading teams, with a focus on performance management and fostering a collaborative work environment.
