Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Flannery, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX. The Representative will be responsible for answering phones, resolving issues, scheduling freight pick-ups, providing product information, creating sale orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Good Phone Etiquette
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience in writing sale orders
- Experience in scheduling freight pick-ups
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
