ROLE SUMMARY :

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager in Billerica to join our FP & A team. This individual will Serve as a key financer leader working directly with company leadership to report current financial status, analyze underlying drivers, and forecast future performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Lead annual budget for overall organization and monthly / quarterly rolling-forecasting process
• Drill into our actuals to understand key contributors to variances
• Support monthly / quarterly financial close ensure all financials and headcount information are reconciled for reporting and analytics
• Support Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Operation Review and Board Meeting
• Lead Ad Hoc analyses to analyze profitability and develop / drive decisions
• Identify and quantify financial risks and opportunities
• Initiate process improvements to ensure data / reports are presented in a clean / accurate manner

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

• BA / BS
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A / or Corporate Finance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Excel modelling
• ERP and CRM systems
• Sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity
• Traits : Analytical, decisive, collaborative, strategic
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and critical thinking skills

EXPECTATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES :

2-3 days / week onsite in Billerica
