We’re hiring an Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for commercial construction projects. If you’re detail-oriented, skilled with estimating software, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

You’ll :

Prepare material, labor, and equipment estimates.
Review drawings / specs and submit bids.
Identify cost efficiencies and risks.
Collaborate with contractors and suppliers.

You bring :

5+ years of estimating experience (commercial construction).

Knowledge of materials, drawings, and codes.

Proficiency with software like Edge, Bluebeam, or Planswift.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
