Job Title : Plant Audit Engineer / Technician

Location : Texas (Willing to travel Across the Americas US and Mexico)

Roles :

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plant Audit Engineer to join our team at Quest Global. As a Plant Audit Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting plant walk downs and analyzing P&ID and capture Name plates of Equipment along with the hierarchical details.

Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze Engineering drawings, including P&ID, SLD, and Layout, to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Utilize your knowledge of oil and gas process equipment to assess and verify equipment master data and equipment hierarchy.
• Conduct physical asset verification and plan walk downs to ensure accurate documentation and identification of equipment.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting findings with Name plates photographed and share with extended team to prepare Asset Registry
• Clarify / Provide any missing information to the extended team as required
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations to gather equipment information and collaborate with project teams.

Requirements :

• Strong knowledge and experience in reviewing Engineering drawings, including P&ID, SLD, and Layout.
• In-depth understanding of oil and gas process equipment.
• Familiarity with equipment master data and equipment hierarchy.
• Proven experience in physical asset verification and plan walk downs.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as required.
