We are seeking an inquisitive and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic FP&A team. This person will play a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for leading forecasting, financial reporting, and data analysis initiatives to support business growth and scalable planning.
Additionally, this role will partner cross-functionally with various departments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning using Vena software.
- Utilize Salesforce and Netsuite data to extract, analyze, and interpret financial and operational information.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, leveraging Vena for streamlined reporting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial performance.
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency.
- Perform complex data analysis using Excel, Vena, and other tools to support decision-making and identify trends.
Qualifications and Skills :
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science)
- 3+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field
- Advanced Excel modeling & analytical skills.
- An ability to multitask and manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Netsuite for data extraction and analysis.
- Bonus Experience : Knowledge of SQL, Anaplan, PowerBI, Power Query.
- Experience with Vena software for financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
