Looking for a CAE Engineer at the North American HQ of a Global Automotive R&D Firm in Dayton, OH!
We are currently seeking an early career CAE Engineer with 1-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
Responsibilities of the CAE Engineer :
Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship offered!
- Develop and document modeling plans for the engineering team
- Utilize FEA and computer engineering programs to implement new processes and tools
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to improve products
- Work in cross-functional teams to meet customer and company requirements
Support multiple projects to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet quality standards and procedures
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 1-5 years
Skills Required :
- Proficiency in FEA software such as Hypermesh, Nastran, and Abaqus
- Strong understanding of FEA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills :
- Experience with 3D and 2D drawings
- Knowledge in data acquisition systems
- Familiarity with metal fatigue
