Role Description :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager. As an Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with Senior Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth and innovation.

Product Managers are the liaison between customers, future customers, company strategy and the product we deliver. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about product development, have a strong analytical mindset, and are eager to learn and grow in their career as a product manager.

In this role, you will work with engineers to continuously improve our product.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Write product requirements documents (PRDs) that showcase a deep understanding of our customer's needs.
  • Create detailed shaping documents and user stories that cover all aspects required to develop world-class features.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the customers' business.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products, ensuring timely execution of sprints and deliverables.
  • Know how to measure the success of our product and features.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to assist in writing PRDs.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Support product launches and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful execution.
  • Assist in executing and refining the product vision.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of experience building User Story Mapping and Advanced Roadmapping.
  • Technical background or understanding of product development processes.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Passion for technology and understanding of user experience principles.
  • Desire to work with design thinking principles.
