As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Night Manager to join the Front Office Team at this beautiful property!

This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets.

This includes 2 Jean-Georges concepted restaurants, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will oversee all the overnight front office operations of the property and manage a team of approximately 10 employees.

The ideal candidate will have luxury front office management experience and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.

ONQ experience highly preferred.

Shift : Overnight must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate : The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As Night Manager, you would be responsible for directing and overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

  • Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Act as Manager on Duty and on behalf of the General Manager in his / her absence
  • Tour hotel interior and exterior to ensure the property and facilities are functional, presentable to established standards and safe for guests and team members
  • Oversee preparation of daily summary reports
  • Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, assigning nightly work, conducting training, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
