Position : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Details :
- Type : Full-time
- Caseload : Varied caseload
- Role and Responsibilities :
Comprehensive Assessments :
Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
Customized Treatment Plans :
Develop individualized treatment plans to address a range of communication disorders.
Therapy Sessions :
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, collaborating with educators and families to optimize students' learning experiences.
Record Keeping :
Maintain accurate records of services provided and monitor student progress.
Team Collaboration :
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Caseload Information :
- Students Served : Kindergarten through 8th grade
- Approximate Caseload : 50-60 students per SLP
- Para Support Available
- Multiple Schools within the District
Requirements :
- Educational Background : Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certifications : CCC-SLP or CF-SLP
- Experience : Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred. New graduates welcomed and supported in their professional development.
