Summary of Role :
As the Sr. HR Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for managing multiple HR systems, reporting, analysis, system optimization and effectiveness, and special projects which may require extensive data gathering, streamlining existing process and identifying recommendations for improvements in data capture across all areas of HR.
Essential Functions :
- Optimize and enhance HR systems by monitoring performance, conducting audits, identifying and resolving issues
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR Processes using technology
- Manage and educate end users on HRIS system upgrades, enhancements, and regular
- maintenance
- Partner with internal and external IT teams to optimize, system integrations and data migrations providing seamless data flow and user experience
- Define data elements ensuring accuracy and integrity within all HR Systems
- Conduct regular system audits and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and prioritize initiatives based on business needs
- Primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues, with providing technical support and training to HR staff
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and system documents
- Maintain end-user access, compliance, data privacy and security regulation across all HR systems
- Create and maintain custom reports
- Solicit feedback and make adjustments as needed to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications :
- BA / BS degree in HR / Technology or related fields with up to 4-6 years
- Prior experience with UKG, ADP or similar HR Systems
- Prior experience in report writing with Cognos, Power BI, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of HR process, policies, regulations, data management
- Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team dynamic across multiple functional organizations
- Project management experience
- Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts
