Position Overview : Soliant is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team.
In this role, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat various speech and language disorders, contributing to their academic and personal development.
Primary Duties :
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language challenges.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for students.
- Provide targeted therapy to address a wide range of munication issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outes.
Requirements :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in NY.
- CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong munication and organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
