This role involves managing client inquiries, providing exceptional service, and supporting the sales team. Commissions and bonuses are determined based on policies upsold and life appointments secured.

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
Requirement
- License Requirements : An active Texas Property and Casualty License and previous sales experience with job tenure is required to be considered.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
- Proficient in troubleshooting basic technical issues independently.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
