We are offering a job opportunity for a Project Manager / Sr. Consultant in the legal industry. This role is based in BRONX, New York, and will function in a hybrid environment, requiring your presence onsite twice a week.
This role entails managing the transition from an old case management system to a new one, organizing and scheduling meetings, and data testing.
You will be directly involved in a project that's been ongoing for a year.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the transition from the old case management system pika to the new system legal server
- Organize and schedule meetings, and prepare relevant agendas
- Carry out data testing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the new system
- Collaborate with vendors and internal practices for efficient project execution
- Utilize skills including Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, and others for project implementation and management
- Ensure the project tracker and requirements documents are up-to-date and accurate
- Design and implement processes for efficient project execution
- Manage the project budget and ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Utilize EO / IR systems and About Time software for project management tasks
- Conduct AB Testing for system optimization and improvement.
- Must have a solid understanding of Atlassian Jira
- Proficiency in cloud technologies is required
- Experience with CRM systems is a must
- Strong knowledge of database systems is necessary
- Familiarity with EO / IR systems is expected
- Experience with 'About Time' software is preferred
- Should have knowledge of AB Testing techniques
- Familiarity with budget processes is essential
- Must be able to manage deliverables effectively
- Design skills are required
- Experience in process implementation within the legal industry is necessary
- Must have prior experience as a Project Manager or Sr. Consultant in the Legal industry
- Degree in law or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Should possess strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work collaboratively with various teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required
- Strong organizational and planning skills are necessary
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment.
