Community Liaison Officer (CLO) Responsibilities :

• Originate residential mortgage loans primarily for first time homebuyers in their respective markets through building and maintaining new or existing networks of business and community relationships that serve as a source of referrals.
• Develop and leverage these ties to educate prospects and clients on a variety of homeownership related topics, bank products and services.
• Interview customers to determine loan needs and advise them of appropriate products, programs, terms and pricing.
• Generate a complete, quality, well-documented loan file for submission following all policies, procedures and guidelines.
