The Senior Marketing Campaign and Email Specialist will play a key role in shaping how we communicate with our customers and on behalf of our partners, building relationships, and driving growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in email marketing, and lead nurturing, is data-driven, and can think creatively to develop campaigns that optimize the subscriber journey to enhance engagement and conversions.
Candidates MUST have B2B experience to be considered.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business marketing is a must.
- Experience in developing nurture strategies to grow the number of qualified leads and other forms of customer engagement.
- Proven experience in managing campaigns and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, X) for business-to-business companies.
- Experience creating and editing templates, videos, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Experience creating newsletters, blog posts, email blasts, and other digital content. Beginner-level graphic design work is a plus.
- Video editing experience for social media, blogs, and digital campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing and automation.
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
