Responsibilities

  • Prospect for leads.
  • Respond to messages in our CRM software within 72 hours.
  • Meet individual sales quotas.
  • Attend Weekly Sales meetings.
  • Be present if asked to attend pipeline meetings.
  • Keep CRM files up to date.
  • Be to appointments on time.
  • Review the scope of work with customers.

This opportunity requires excellent communication skills, and you must really enjoy talking to people. Our sales team prospects and help homeowners with their storm damage restoration process.

So you must be comfortable inspecting homes. We are looking for people who are, driven to succeed, goal oriented, organized, strong communicators, and like to hustle! Don't worry, we have awesome training on what to look for!
