Responsibilities : &
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.&
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define test automation strategies and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.&
- Lead the implementation and execution of automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.&
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the test automation team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.&
- Customize and extend Tricentis Tosca functionalities to meet specific project requirements and enhance test automation capabilities.&
- Integrate Tricentis Tosca with tools (Qtest for Test Management, ADO for Features / User stories) and systems within the software development lifecycle, such as CI / CD pipelines and issue tracking systems.&
- Analyse test results and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in test coverage and efficiency.&
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tricentis Tosca implementation and test automation processes.&
Qualifications : &
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.&
- Minimum 15 + years’ experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance&
- 12+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Tricentis Tosca.&
- Proven experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.&
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.&
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for test automation, such as Selenium, Java, C#, or Python.&
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and working in Agile development teams is mandatory&
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.&
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.&
- Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer) is a mandatory.&
