Asphalt Equipment Operator

SUMMARY
Kilgore Companies, a Summit Materials LLC company, is looking for an Asphalt Equipment Operator. You will primarily be responsible for operating construction equipment to excavate trenches, pull trench boxes, backfill, and load materials in a variety of heavy construction operations.
- Operate a track hoe to excavate trenches, pull trench boxes and grade in heavy construction operations.
- Maintain tools and equipment so that they are kept in good working order and are safe for use.
- Perform daily routine maintenance on the machine including lubrication and monitor needed repairs / service requirements.
- Operate other construction equipment as required.
- Perform a variety of general labor tasks as required for the job.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including equipment you operate.
- Experience in running heavy equipment preferred.
- Pay depends on experience.
