Travel Nurse RN - Cath Lab in Springfield, IL
Weekly Pay Range - $2580 To $2866 Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Cath Lab Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (06 : 30 - 19 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without pay.
Experience : Minimum 1 year required; Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience required. License : Must have active state license in hand to apply.
Certifications : ACLS and BLS required. Must-Have : Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Experience : Circulate Procedures, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Left heart catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line / Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization.
- Medication Experience : Procedural Sedation Administration / Monitoring.- Professional Skills / Experience : Interpretation / Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Procedural Sedation.
- Cerner experience required. Job Description : Work in a 5-room unit with an average daily census of 25.- Ensure effective and safe patient care through detailed monitoring of various cardiac cath lab procedures.
- Will work 2-3 weekends per contract and participate in on-call duty as needed.- Open to floating within scope to meet facility needs as required.
- Participate in a 16-hour orientation.- Manage procedural sedation and monitor patient responses.- Accommodate block schedule requests through discussion with the manager.
- Engage in ongoing learning and execution of hospital protocols and procedures in a Level I trauma center.- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and hospital operations.
