Responsibilities
Revenue Cycle Management Summary
Process Creation & Monitoring
Standardize workflows for billing and cash posting.
Department Coordination
Hold meetings with Admissions, Compliance, and IT.
Non-Payments & Denials
Develop a denial management process.
Accounts Receivable Management
Review AR aging reports regularly.
System Maintenance
Collaborate with IT for system updates.
KPIs & Reporting
Define KPIs for each department.
Data Tracking
Track revenue and collections by various metrics.
Collaboration with Revenue Accounting
Share insights to support admissions.
Budget Preparation
Align department budget with financial goals.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Revenue Cycle Systems Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of and experience with Revenue Cycle systems.
Healthcare Analytics Experience
Experience with healthcare analytics, report generation, reimbursement, and payer contracting.
Proven Revenue Cycle Management Experience
Proven experience in revenue cycle management for a healthcare operation with excess of $400M in revenue.
Health Insurance Knowledge
Sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
