Overview :

Due to growth, CAM Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Bowie, MD.

Full-time, up to 40 hours per week are available. Full-time is preferred. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 4 hours per week of availability will also be considered.

The ideal candidate is personable with good communication skills.

New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.

Caseload / Patient Population :

The Physical Therapist hired will work in a collaborative outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload.

Physical Therapists see in the ballpark of 12 patients per day with a bonus program based on individual productivity.

CAM Physical Therapy uses TheraOffice as the documentation system. Physical Therapists appreciate TheraOffice because its user-friendly, customizable templates streamline documentation, allowing PTs to complete notes in minutes while tailoring forms to their preferred workflow.

Compensation and Benefits :

The compensation for this full-time position will be in the ballpark of $80,000 to $90,000 per year. There is a bonus program that enables an earnings potential over $100,000 per year.

Job Requirements :

Eligible for Maryland state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.

New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
