Apollo Technical has an immediate need for an Architectural designer / drafter in the Ocala, FL area.

This is a long-term opportunity with a busy company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed working drawings and permit drawings for commercial and residential projects, including block office buildings, metal structures, car dealerships, warehouses, and upcoming multifamily developments.
  • Contribute to design tasks and perform occasional job site visits for field verification.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of architectural drafting experience using AutoCAD Architecture is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and permitting processes (highly preferred).
  • Proven ability to produce permit and construction drawings for commercial projects.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods and building details.
  • Experience with Revit is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting directly with clients.
