Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Staff Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to serve as a technical expert / SME (Subject Matter Expert) for a Technical Security team.
What You'll Be Doing :
Leads a team in the execution of advanced solutions strategies.
Works with company leadership and Project Managers to deliver professional technical services and solutions.
Stays up to date with current trends and developments.
Provides business updates to clients, vendors, and / or leadership.
Analyses, recommends, and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team; develops technical talent.
Establishes and maintains technical standards and policies.
What Required Skills You'll Bring :
8+ years experience within a technical field or related industry.
Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Demonstrated team leader experience and skills.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring :
The ability to effectively lead a team.
The ability to set priorities, organize tasks and allot time across different activities.
The ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.

Salary Range :
