HOW BEING A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT ?
As a Software Developer, you’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
10+ years or relevant experience
Security Clearance Level : Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph
Required Skills
Good understanding and experience with JAVA and object-oriented programming concepts
Good understanding of python and, Jython JavaScript frameworks
Very good understanding and experience with relational databases and SQL - does not have to be Oracle
Experience working with SQL tools like SQLDeveloper or Toad
Good understanding and experience using Eclipse IDE
Familiarity and experience with a J2EE application server platform (Websphere or Weblogic)
Familiarity with PKI concepts and certificates
Good understanding of we service protocols and SOAP and REST
Good understanding and working experience with Commercial Off-the-Shelf software (COTS)
Experience working in an agile environment
Good communication skills and can write technical and functional requirements (user stories)
Desired
Experience building GUI applications and understanding of GUI concepts
Previous experience or knowledge of logistics business processes and policy (procurement, accountable property an inventory)
Previous experience with an enterprise asset management COTS product
Maximo or SAP is a plus.

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
