Job Title : Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Autonomous planning and execution of complex projects for our North American customers.
- Serve as the primary interface for internal and external project participants / stakeholders.
- Define and monitor project-specific objectives, deliverables, dates and framework conditions.
- Monitor and manage scope, budget, schedule, invoicing, risk and issue tracking.
- Strategize and plan the allocation of resources with the Resource Manager.
- Establish project and communication structures.
- Assign and coordinate project team tasks.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project progress.
- Lead and organize regular project meetings with our customers be it remotely or on-site.
- Demonstrate a high degree emotional intelligence to help ensure optimal project performance.
- Ability to effectively communicate to various levels of an organization with the appropriate level of detail.
- Change management.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience of 3+ years as Project Manager.
- Experienced in planning and overseeing complex software implementation projects within the IT domain preferably in MES or ERP.
- Demonstrate a methodical, purpose-driven, and outcome-oriented approach to tasks.
- Proficient business acumen and a significant experience with IT projects.
- Strong leadership, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional levels of reliability, flexibility, self-motivation, collaboration, and initiative.
- Able to effectively develop and deliver project presentations to our customers.
- Proficiency with MS project and project management tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% on average.
- Highly effective communication skills in English language required.
- Bilingual in Spanish, French or German is a plus.
- PMP certification.
- US Citizen or Green card holder.
