Event Coordinator for Celebrity Marketing firm
Role Overview :
Your primary mission is to connect potential clients with our world-class sales team, leveraging calls to convert followers into booked appointments.
This role is critical in fueling our sales pipeline and directly impacts our growth and the success of our celebrity-endorsed campaigns.

Compensation and Perks :
- Competitive Salary : A base salary of $2000 per month, ensuring stability as you grow with us.
- Performance Bonuses : Attractive incentives for each lead set and additional rewards for leads that convert, recognizing and rewarding your direct contribution to our success.
Most reps will earn 3-5k per month (OTE with commission).

Responsibilities :
- Direct outreach to potential clients through calls , effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team, optimizing the sales process and enhancing conversion rates.
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and tactics based on performance data.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, cold calling or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for engaging potential clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
