Basic keyboarding skills required. Knowledge of personal computers is preferred. Effective communication skills is required.
Must be able to remain calm under stress. Experience with basic office equipment required (fax, copier, etc.). Skills : Effective communication skills, able to manage high volume of calls and must be detail oriented with verbal and written communication.
Work Environment : Typical business office area with continuous low voices, outside noises and office machine noises. This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Diplomacy and discretion are essential. This individual must have the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Professional demeanor and appearance is required.
