The Senior Finance Director, Business Performance Controllin g & Business Line Controlling for Customer Service is responsible for providing financial oversight, leadership and support in all areas of management reporting, financial planning and analysis for the Siemens Healthineers North America (NAM) zone.
This role establishes and maintains processes, controls and tools related to monthly and quarterly management reporting, financial planning and analysis for NAM senior management and Healthineers global.
This role reports to the VP Finance of Siemens Healthineers NAM Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess enterprise-wide NAM Customer Service results and provide deep insights & commentary relevant for publicly traded company
- Identify trends, warning signals, through the establishment of critical KPI's and dashboards; develop conclusions on results and trends to assist on decision making
- Oversee budget planning process and lead the NAM region annual MTA process for Customer Service
- Oversee forecasting process, review and coordinate forecasts for Customer Service and act as central point of collaboration consolidating NAM Customer Service monthly forecast
- I dentify opportunities to improve Productivity measures and manage Productivity measures
- Responsible for Enterprise Risks Management reporting for Customer Service , drive operational & strategic opportunities and mitigate risks to maximize business potential
- Foster best practices in financial reporting, controlling and analysis across Healthineers NAM finance teams.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team, develop / enhance processes and IT reporting databases for timely and accurate data production;
evaluate & implement automation opportunities
- Support various corporate initiatives and executive projects
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals. Inspire, communicate& lead to attract and retain talent. Provide leadership, cross-training, and coaching to develop team members
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline required. MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership experience. 3-5 years supervisory experience or equivalent cross functional leadership experience
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making
- Ability to influence people and empower team members to be proactive and focused on partnerships and results
- Advanced communication skills to clearly present key issues and recommended actions
- Strong understanding of strategic business goals
- Ability to form relationships and collaborate across global matrixed functions.
- Displays strategic thinking in identifying and developing automated solutions to increase productivity and efficiency
- Deep knowledge of FP&A systems and finance controlling required.
