Job Summary :
Intelligent Automation is one of the pillars for the Platforms and Engineering team here at Allied World. We are looking to hire a lead for the pillar.
This candidate will be an expert in Business Process Management, Workflow and ServiceNow.Also, this person will be working for the Process Engineering Team, collaborating with the AW IT Team, AW product stakeholders, and Platform vendors.
Qualifications
Soft Skills :
- Solid Written / verbal communication
- Experienced and comfortable interfacing, collaborating, and running meetings with different business units, stakeholders, management, leadership, both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to tell a story in a convincing way
Workflow / Orchestration Integrations :
- SME in Workflow / BPM
- Sufficient hands-on work experience for integrations and implementations
- ServiceNow Low Code Platform Hands-on experience (This is a must)
- Ability to partner with other Technologists and Architects for integrations and implementations
Document / File Storage :
- Hand-on experience with a file storage product (Filenet / Newgen or other similar products)
- Experience working with Integration of internal systems with File Storage Platform
- Experience in implementing necessary controls for IT-governance (Metadata rules, Alerts, Monitors , Reports) around File Storage product
- Ability to partner with other Technologists and Architects for integrations and implementations
Nice to have :
- Multiple Intelligent Automation products experience
- BOT / RPA exposure
- Impressive PPT / Deck preparation skills to present the story
Compensation
The below annualized base pay range is a broad range based on analysis of similar positions in the market. The actual base pay for the position may be above or below he listed range and determined by a few considerations, including but now limited to complexity, location, and scope of the role, along with experience, skills, education, training, and other conditions of employment.
Base salary represents one compensation of Allied World comprehensive total reward package, which may also include annual incentive compensation rewards.
Salary range : $180K-$200K
