Warehouse Associate Job DetailsLebanon, INMonday Friday 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM Starting Pay : $21 per hourOvertime possibleTemp with intent to hire (7-12 months) Job Requirements : Experience working at Target, Walmart, or Amazon preferredExperience with picking, packing, receiving, and using an RF scannerAbility to be on feet all dayAthletic background preferredExperience as a forklift driver is a plus (only 25% of the job involves forklift driving)Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Major Responsibilities : Pick, pack, and ship ordered items as requiredReceive and stock inbound orders, noting quantity discrepancies and recording damagesProcess required documents accurately within safety and performance requirementsProcess inbound and outbound orders using RF technology and following SOPsVerify inventory accuracy to ensure correct parts and quantitiesUnload or load trailers, verify bills of lading, and check for transit damageStock necessary supplies in respective areasMonitor and report equipment damages and operational issues to Warehouse Lead AssociatePerform re-warehousing moves as requestedPerform inventory cycle counts with high accuracyMaintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of all areas of the RDCParticipate in all training related to tasks requiredHelp train other associates and new hires when necessaryObserve all safety rules, quality standards, and follow SOPs for assigned tasksPerform physical activity at a sustained pace within the RDC, including walking, bending, and lifting 50 pounds consistently Why Work With Our Client : Competitive compensationOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentTraining providedOnce hired full-time, associates receive $24 / hr, 3 weeks vacation, 5 holidays, 5 sick days, 401k, benefits, quarterly bonuses, merit raises, and more Next Steps : Thank you for your interest in our Warehouse Associate position!
