Quality Improvement Coordinator

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, Day Shift Role. 8am-5pm. You will work at the 2550 Charles St. Clinic in Rockford.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN). Required

Work Experience

3 years experience in quality assessment / improvement, clinical pathways or CQI in a health care setting. Required
