Responsibilities include : Prospecting and Networking : in office by phone and email using Salesforce and also out of office visiting potential customers facilities, attending industry-related functions to determine key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs and create the next opportunity to bid Prepare proposals and Bid presentations : determine needs with the customer and work with your sales team to prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications and competitive pricing to match Facilitate an effective Start-up for new business : partner with each department to establish the necessary game plan to begin the new business and ensure a smooth transition to our operations We are looking for : Experienced sales professional with 3-5years' experience Proven Janitorial sales record Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Polite Ability to work as a team and independently Competitive salary and commissions program : Starting salary based on industry experience , education and other relevant qualifications.
Earnings Expectations $60,000+ annually. We offer benefits to full-time employees on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
