Student worker will assist the department's Administrative Assistant in completing key office support functions.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Attention to detail; willingness to ask questions; ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Basic skills with Microsoft Word and Excel and / or Google apps; prior experience working in office environment
Essential Duties :
1. Assisting with records management
2. Answering phones; greeting guests
3. Assisting with events / activities preparation
4. Assisting with mailings / other outreach to participants
