River View Nursing and Rehab of Wilkes Barre, PA is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Registered Nurse Supervisor to support the team Full Time .

WEEKNIGHT SHIFT AND WEEKEND SHIFT
Responsibilities
- Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
- Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
- Direct patient care when necessary and / or assigned
- How to be a successful candidate :
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
- Have at least 1 year supervisory experience strongly encouraged
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
Qualifications
Must have an active RN license in the state of PA .
1-year supervisory experience in a long-term care or physical rehab setting, preferred
