We are looking for a high-energy and extremely motivated professional with demonstrated success with non-profits and politics.

The goal is to provide high quality work that exceeds client expectations which takes a talented, focused, experienced staff.

The role is to serve a critical function on the team by assisting senior management with implementing client goals. The role involves assisting with managing the day-to-day account operations, and liaisons with the client.

Responsibilities

Maintain a schedule of assigned clients.

Manage call time sessions with fundraising clients inclusive of planning / preparation with executive client manager and subsequent tracking / follow up.

Coordinate and manage fundraising events and all planning associated with events, including contribution collection and organization and follow up.

Draft correspondence on behalf of clients.

Support executive staff in daily client maintenance.

Assist with tracking lobbying activities and submitting reports.

Requirements

Must be energetic, creative, motivated, a self-starter, and able to function productively and effectively with a degree of autonomy.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Ability to engage clients and build relationships quickly and effectively.

Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills.

Personal integrity and commitment to customer service.

Willing to work nights and weekends.

Minimum of one years of experience in organizing, advocacy, or campaign / not-for-profit fundraising related areas.

Must be fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google for Business. Experience with NGPVAN and Votebuilder a plus!

Bachelor's degree required.

This is a primarily remote position but requires a living in the New York / New Jersey Area to attend ad hoc client meetings and staffing events as needed.
