I am currently working with a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm with an exciting opening for a Litigation Associate in their Richmond, VA office.
This opportunity offers a clear partnership track and is ideal for attorneys with a strong academic record , a passion for client service , and a willingness to work on pro bono matters .
The ideal candidate will have :
- At least 1-4 years of litigation experience
- A judicial clerkship (preferred but not required)
- Virginia bar membership (required within one year of hiring)
This firm values judicial clerkship experience and, based on the candidate’s background, is offering :
- Clerkship bonuses
- Up to two years of seniority and salary credit for partnership consideration and compensation if joining directly from the clerkship may be offered
The base salary for this role ranges from $225,000 to $310,000 , commensurate with experience and clerkship background.
