About the Role :

As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) with Affirmed, you'll provide top-tier care that truly changes lives. Your responsibilities may include :

Personal care assistance

Medication reminders

Light housekeeping & meal prep

Companionship & emotional support

Requirements :

At least 1 year of HHA experience

Valid  NYS HHA Certificate

Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Physical within the past year

PPD or QuantiFERON (last 12 months) or chest X-ray (last 5 years)

MMR immunizations (last 10 years)

Valid driver’s license (preferred)
