TheRole Genmab is currently seeking a Hematology Medical ScienceLiaison (MSL) / Senior MSL to be a part of an exciting opportunity ofa passionate, high profile, high-impact Global Medical Affairsteam, and work in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

The MSL / Sr.MSL is a member of a field-based team of advanced degreespecialists who function as an extension of the Global MedicalAffairs organization.

MSLs are responsible for developing andenhancing professional relationships with medical thought leadersto support both Genmab approved products and those in variousphases of development.

MSLs provide medical information throughscientific exchange in a fair and balanced manner and provideclinical / scientific support for Genmab’s pipeline.

Domestic travelof approximately 50% will be required. Territory will be WashingtonD.C, Maryland, Virginia, Southern New Jersey.

You must live withinthe geography in order to be considered. Responsibilities Identifykey thought leaders and establish, foster, cultivate, and maintainrelationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) in academic andcommunity centers within assigned territory Develop and executeterritory plans in alignment with regional, national, and globalMedical Affairs strategies Provide insights / feedback on emergingscientific / clinical data that enhance the value and appropriate useof Genmab products as part of compliant collaboration with internalstakeholders Present appropriate clinical and scientificinformation to healthcare providers in response to unsolicitedrequests (as appropriate) in a fair and balanced manner Providemedical and scientific education relative to disease state andGenmab products to healthcare providers Support product launchesthrough HCP education for safe use of our medicines Act as theprimary point of contact and facilitator for all aspects ofinvestigator sponsored trials (ISTs), from submission, review andapproval, through study activation / completion Collaborateeffectively and proactively establish working relationships withcross-functional teams In collaboration with medical and clinicaloperations teams, support Genmab-sponsored trials through trialsite recommendations and raising awareness of the trials andaccrual timelines Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products,clinical treatment trends, clinical trials, and scientificactivities within areas of interest to Genmab ie : oncology andhematology Serve as scientific resource to commercial partners, asappropriate, to support activities Support the execution,organization, and planning of advisory boards Professionallyrepresent Genmab at select medical and scientific conferences andmeetings Requirements Advanced / scientific medical degree stronglypreferred (PharmD, PhD, MD).

Candidates with a clinical background(e.g., NP, PA, etc.) and extensive hematology / oncology experiencewill be considered At least 2 years MSL / Medical Affairs experiencein Oncology / Hematology focus preferred Strong knowledge and / orexperience of healthcare and access environments Proven ability towork independently, as well as cross-functionally with numerousinternal stakeholders in a high-matrixed environment, includingjoint venture collaborations Preferred experience on productlaunches or demonstrated success as product or therapeutic pointExcellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills,strong personal integrity, teamwork abilities, and a customer focusare necessary Must be able to organize, prioritize, and workeffectively in a constantly changing environment Strong complianceknowledge and adherence to corporate compliance policies Currentworking knowledge of FDA, OIG, ICH, GCP, PhRMA Code, HIPAA andother compliance regulations and guidelines relevant to industryinteractions with healthcare professionals Demonstrated technicalacumen including MS Office skills, ability to adopt and leveragemultiple business applications For US based candidates, theproposed salary band for this position is as follows : $142,500.

00 $237,500.00The actual salary offer will carefullyconsider a wide range of factors, including your skills,qualifications, experience, and location.
