Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the manufacturing engineering function—developing and optimizing production processes, improving quality and efficiency, and managing a team of engineers. This role ensures seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and meet strategic business goals.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles, ideally in chip-cutting or similar environments
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Access a plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Commitment to safety-first workplace culture
